Control cabinet (process control system)
The software provides an intuitive interface for precise control of current, temperature and processing cycle time.
Barrel plating units
For mass and batch processing of small parts: they ensure even coating without damaging parts and high throughput.
Transport automats
Move the parts according to the programmed sequence.
Power supply
Converts mains AC into stable DC for the electrolytic deposition of metals, with control by voltage or current density.
Ventilation system
Removes fumes from the surface of the electroplating baths. Consists of a main ductwork, a fan, edge extractors and scrubbers.
Walkway with steps
Runs along the line and gives staff access to the baths and equipment.

Made of plastic polymers (PP, PVC, PVDF) or stainless/mild steel, titanium. Designed for aggressive media and specified temperature conditions.
Frame
The load-bearing steel structure of the line: the frame that carries the baths, the automat's rail track and utilities.
Drying
Shaft type (tunnel and cabinet types also available): ensures complete moisture removal, preventing stains and corrosion.
Centrifuge
Removes residual water and dries small parts after rinsing.

We do not use one-size-fits-all solutions. If the process requires more expensive PVDF instead of polypropylene due to acid aggressiveness, we justify this at the design stage.

Reinforced steel frame
All large-volume plastic baths are reinforced with a steel frame encased in sealed polymer sleeves to protect against corrosion.
