Chrome Plating Line for Metal Parts
The chrome plating line manufactured by LLC "STARTEC INDUSTRIES" is designed for applying chromium coatings to parts loaded into the process tanks in a vertical position. The line is designed in a single-row configuration.
The line operates from a 380 V / 50 Hz power supply. Required water supply pressure is 0.2–0.4 MPa. The line reaches operating conditions within a maximum of 4 hours. The operating temperature range is from +15 to +35 °C. Climatic execution according to GOST 15150-69 is UHL, category 4.2. Protection class against electric shock according to GOST 12.2.007.0-75 is Class 1.

Process Tanks
The line includes 15 process tanks. Chrome plating tanks are manufactured from titanium and equipped with thermal insulation and a PVC protective casing. Hot rinse, cold rinse and rectifier cooling tanks are manufactured from polypropylene (PP) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Electrochemical degreasing, pickling, chrome stripping, drag-out recovery, anode and emergency drain tanks are manufactured from PVC.

Additional Tank Equipment
The tank heating method is electric heating. All heating elements are manufactured from titanium. Process covers are provided on the electrochemical degreasing, hot rinsing, chrome plating, pickling, chrome stripping, drag-out recovery and emergency drain tanks. Side exhaust systems are installed in accordance with the technological requirements of the line. Ball valves are manufactured from PVC, PP or PVDF.
Metal Structures
The metal structures include a tank support frame, personnel access walkway, access stairs and safety handrails. All structures are manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials or protected with corrosion-resistant coatings. The walkway frame is manufactured from profile tubing with dimensions not less than 40×40×3 mm. The walkway surface is made of non-conductive material with drainage openings and is removable for cleaning and maintenance. The tank support frame is manufactured from profile tubing with dimensions not less than 60×40×3 mm and is equipped with adjustable supports.
Exhaust Ventilation System

The scope of supply includes installation, commissioning, personnel training for operation and maintenance of the equipment, as well as preparation of technical documentation in the Ukrainian language.
The technical documentation package includes an equipment passport, operation manual and electrical diagram. The equipment passport specifies the country of origin, manufacturer, model, serial number, production date, main technical characteristics and equipment configuration.
