Vertical slotting machine Unitech S315DR-100C
S315DR-100C PLC-controlled slotting machine is a serial-production model designed for machining internal and external slots, keyways, shaped surfaces and other slotting operations in metal workpieces.
The machine is equipped with 2-axis PLC control, a color touch screen, an automatic lubrication system and a coolant supply system. A key feature of this model is the enlarged 100 mm hole in the rotary table, which expands the possibilities for workpiece positioning and machining, as well as an external coolant tank located outside the machine for easier maintenance.
The design includes a 315 mm ram stroke, a 450 mm rotary table, ram height adjustment up to 235 mm and a ram swivel angle of ±45°. The S315DR-100C model has compact overall dimensions, a 4 kW main motor and is supplied with a set of tools in a plastic box, making it suitable for repair shops, tool rooms and production areas.
