Interactive Engineering: How Startec Industries Presented Operating Production Solutions at the International Industrial Forum 2026

International Industrial Forum 2026 became much more than an exhibition for Startec Industries. It was a practical platform where the company demonstrated its engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and comprehensive industrial solutions in real operation.

Instead of a traditional static display, Startec Industries created a fully interactive booth. Machines were operating throughout the exhibition, engineers answered technical questions, visitors observed manufacturing processes in real time, and discussed their own production challenges directly with technical specialists.

This approach reflects the company's philosophy. Startec Industries positions itself not only as an equipment supplier but as a manufacturer and engineering partner capable of designing, manufacturing, integrating and supporting complete industrial solutions.

Media Landmark of the Exhibition

One of the most recognizable elements of the booth was the large suspended LED media cube installed above the exhibition area. It continuously displayed videos of completed projects, manufacturing capabilities and industrial solutions developed by Startec Industries together with its strategic partners.

Visible from almost every part of the exhibition hall, the media cube naturally attracted visitors and became an orientation point long before they reached the booth itself.

However, the real attraction was the equipment operating directly on the stand. Visitors did not simply watch presentations — they observed real manufacturing technologies in action.

Electroplating Line Model: Demonstrating Engineering Expertise

The central technological highlight of the exhibition was a fully automated working model of a miniature electroplating line designed and manufactured by Startec Industries.

The model demonstrated the complete operating principle of an industrial electroplating system, including automatic drum transfer, drum rotation and immersion into process tanks manufactured from materials selected for different chemical environments and technological processes.

The demonstration included tanks manufactured from polypropylene, PVC, polyethylene, stainless steel and coated carbon steel, clearly illustrating how material selection depends on chemical composition, environmental aggressiveness and customer requirements.

The model effectively explained why electroplating lines are almost always individually engineered and how automation ensures stable, repeatable production cycles.

For Startec Industries, this exhibit became strong evidence of the company's engineering capabilities and experience in designing customized electroplating systems for projects of virtually any complexity.

STH Equipment: Proven in Our Own Production

A separate section of the booth was dedicated to the STH product line — equipment that Startec Industries not only supplies to customers but also actively uses within its own manufacturing facilities.

The STH F1530 fiber laser cutting machine attracted considerable attention. Before the exhibition, this machine had already been operating in the company's production workshop for over a year, giving visitors the opportunity to evaluate equipment that had already proven its reliability under real industrial conditions.

Throughout the exhibition, the laser system continuously produced souvenir parts for visitors, demonstrating cutting quality, productivity and stable performance.

The STH handheld laser welding system also operated live, allowing visitors to observe the welding process and even test the technology themselves.

The exhibition also featured an STH CNC hydraulic press brake, a vertical drilling machine and a radial drilling machine.

During live demonstrations, Startec Industries engineers showed CNC programming, 2D bending simulation and practical machine operation. Visitors discussed production efficiency, setup time reduction, maintenance, spare parts availability and after-sales service.

Premium Partner Equipment

Alongside its own STH product line, Startec Industries also demonstrated premium equipment supplied by long-term international partners, including the LEADWELL BC-600 5-axis machining center and the ZMM Bulgaria conventional engine lathe.

The LEADWELL machining center demonstrated simultaneous multi-axis movements and machining simulation, attracting production engineers interested in precision machining, machine rigidity and advanced manufacturing technologies.

The ZMM Bulgaria lathe generated significant interest among companies planning to modernize turning departments and maintenance workshops, with discussions focusing on reliability, accuracy, machine lifespan and service support.

Together, these machines illustrated Startec Industries' ability to offer both high-end CNC manufacturing solutions and robust conventional equipment for everyday industrial production.

Engineers Who Speak the Language of Manufacturing

One of the greatest strengths of the Startec Industries booth was its engineering team.

Visitors communicated directly with engineers and technical specialists experienced in equipment commissioning, manufacturing technologies and industrial implementation. As a result, discussions focused on real production challenges instead of general marketing presentations.

The team explained equipment integration, commissioning procedures, after-sales support, maintenance strategies and practical engineering solutions developed through years of industrial experience.

Results of the Interactive Engineering Concept

During the three-day exhibition, hundreds of production managers, chief engineers, technologists and business owners visited the Startec Industries booth.

The interactive exhibition concept — where equipment operates continuously, technologies can be tested live and engineers are available for detailed technical discussions — proved to be highly effective.

The International Industrial Forum 2026 once again confirmed Startec Industries as one of Ukraine's leading industrial engineering companies, transforming visitors' interest into dozens of new engineering projects and future manufacturing partnerships.
