CNC horizontal turning center LEADWELL SJ-20
Leadwell SJ series CNC turning machines are designed for high-precision machining of parts made of steel, cast iron and other metal alloys. The machines are suitable for external and internal turning, boring, facing, drilling and other turning operations.
The machine structure is based on a one-piece cast bed, as well as cast machine components such as the headstock and turret slide, manufactured from high-strength cast iron. This design provides high rigidity, stable machining performance and long-term accuracy when processing various types of workpieces.
The moving units of the machine are mounted on high-precision linear guideways, ensuring smooth movement, high dynamic performance and accurate positioning. Axis movement is provided by precision preloaded ball screws.
The main drive is based on a powerful Fanuc drive with belt transmission. In the standard configuration, the machine is equipped with an 8-station turning turret, while a 12-station turret can be optionally supplied to expand the machine’s technological capabilities.
